Roneshia Jene' Ray is successfully driven by sheer determination to create the legacy she wants to live. This Houston Texas native is creating a legacy that will be everlasting.
Throughout her journey to MODERN DAY QUEENDOM, Roneshia learned an array of valuable lessons in utilizing patience, discipline, and ambition to prevent outside distractions from derailing her from her ultimate goal.
Roneshia serves as the picture of PERSEVERANCE. She’s now using the tale of her “don’t quit attitude” to Empower the next generation by encouraging them to Dream Big.
Roneshia created a program that has served as a catalyst for Roneshia to partner with a number of schools and community organizations that teach high school seniors how to properly complete a college application. She also works as a mentor to young girls by hosting a traveling charm school. To date, Roneshia has hosted more than 20 charm schools, IMPACTING the lives of over 1500 girls and counting.
She’s won countless accolades for her service to the community including Houston’s Top 40 under 40 Influential Leaders, Empowered Women's Award Black Girls Social, Woman of the Year award, and Texas Top 50 Models. She's also won countless titles to include, Miss Black America Coed, Miss North America International, Miss Louisiana International, Miss Southwest Texas, Miss Black Houston, and Miss Black Texas.
Isis Alliniece Reed // Assistant Director
Actress, entrepreneur and beauty pageant enthusiast Isis Alliniece Reed holds many titles. Her passion for mentoring young ladies has led her to create opportunities and platforms where young girls can thrive in their communities and beyond, accomplish scholastic and philanthropic achievements, and build their inner and outer confidence with mentoring programs designed to encourage self-esteem, kindness, and sophistication. Isis aspires to change the world one little girl at a time through pageantry and mentorship.
Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Isis brings over 20 years of experience in the pageant industry including 8 years as a pageant director for “Texas Glitz and Glamour Pageant.” She is the current standing director and chairwoman of the Miss Juneteenth Baytown Pageant for Baytown, TX. Isis is also an active member of the Texas Pageant Network, as well as a proud former Miss Texas Southern University 07’-08’.
Isis Alliniece Reed is a Christian, wife, and mother. Isis serves as an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. as well as Jack and Jill of America. Being kind is her character and serving others with grace and optimism is her motto.
